Payment & Order Process

After you select a watch on Ouswatch.net, the next steps are placing the order and completing payment. This page does one thing: it breaks down every step from “I’ve decided to buy” to “payment is done and the order is confirmed.” Shipping, quality inspection, and after-sales are not covered here – each of those has its own page.

What This Page Covers

This page covers only two parts:

  • Order process: how to submit a purchase request and how to receive payment instructions

  • Payment process: how to pay, how payment is confirmed, and what happens immediately after confirmation

Shipping, inspection, and returns – those are covered on their own dedicated pages. This page does not go into those topics.

If you are still comparing models, versions, or purchase paths, we recommend reading the Buying Guide first, then returning to this page to complete your order and payment confirmation.

Step 1: Submit Your Order Request

The starting point of an order is not payment – it is confirming what you want to buy.

  • Select the model on the product page, then contact customer service via WhatsApp or email.

  • Customer service will confirm three things: the exact style, configuration (e.g., dial color, strap material), and current stock status.

  • Once you confirm that everything meets your expectations, the order request is formally submitted.

No payment or shipping information is needed at this stage – just locking in the watch you want to buy.

Step 2: Receive Payment Instructions

  1. After the order request is submitted, customer service will send you payment instructions. Before the instructions are sent, several things are already confirmed:

    • You will receive an order summary: model, final price, and any additional fees (e.g., tax handling in certain countries).

    • Customer service will ask you to confirm the recipient name and shipping address. Once confirmed, this address will be included in the payment instructions.

    • After you review and confirm the information, customer service will send you the payment instructions.

Payment instructions are sent individually via WhatsApp or email. The website itself does not redirect to any payment page, nor does it use any automatic payment gateway.

Step 3: Complete Payment and Confirm the Order

  1. After receiving the payment instructions, complete the payment using the method provided (bank transfer, PayPal, or other channels specified in the instructions).

Once payment is completed, you need to do one thing: send the payment proof (transfer screenshot, transaction ID, or PayPal payment record) to customer service.

Customer service will then do two things:

    • Verify with the bank or payment provider that the funds have indeed been received.

    • Once verified, change your order status to “Confirmed” in the system.

Important: Your order is not officially active until customer service tells you “Order confirmed.” You will receive a clear message notification after confirmation is complete.

Step 4: What Happens After Payment Confirmation

  • After the order is confirmed, the process enters the preparation stage – but note: it does not ship immediately.

    • Customer service will check inventory with the factory. If the watch is in stock, it moves to the next step. If not, the factory arranges production, which typically takes a few additional days (subject to customer service confirmation).

    • Whether in stock or newly produced, every watch must go through a complete quality inspection before shipping.

Quality inspection provides videos, key-angle photos, and corresponding confirmation details. The specific inspection criteria, what you need to do, and under what circumstances you can request a re-inspection – all of this is covered on the Quality Inspection page, not repeated here.

After payment confirmation, the order enters the pre-shipment inspection stage. For specific inspection items, photo and video evidence, and final confirmation methods, please see the Quality Inspection page.

Step 5: Final Confirmation Before Dispatch

Once you are satisfied with the quality inspection videos and photos and confirm that the watch can be shipped:

  • Customer service will send you a final order summary as a last check before shipment.

  • After the watch is handed to the courier (FedEx, UPS, or DHL), you will typically receive a tracking number within 24 hours.

If you are still unclear about how quality inspection works – such as what areas are checked, how long the videos are, or how much time you have to raise concerns – please go directly to the Quality Inspection page, which covers those details thoroughly.

Once you complete the pre-dispatch confirmation, the order moves to the shipping arrangement stage. For courier options, estimated delivery times, and customs clearance instructions, please see the Shipping Information page.

Payment Privacy and Order Security

Our payment method can be understood as follows: The website front end does not directly collect or process your bank card, online banking, or PayPal login information.

Specifically:

  • The website does not use any API payment interface or integrate with any automatic payment gateway.

  • All payment steps are manually assisted by customer service. Customer service does only one thing: tells you which account to pay to, how much, and what to include in the payment reference. They cannot see your online banking password, card number, or PayPal login information.

  • What you need to provide to customer service is primarily payment proof (screenshot or transaction ID) and order confirmation information. Your bank account number, PayPal account, and other sensitive information always remain on your own channels.

The result: no payment data is stored on the website. Payment steps are communicated through customer service separately and are not retained in the website system.

Additionally, all communication is conducted via WhatsApp and email, not through the website’s messaging system, and chat history is not stored on the website.

If you are more concerned about order anomalies, returns, or after-sales handling, you can continue to the Refund & Returns Policy page.
