If you are concerned that the product you receive may not match the photos or videos on our website, or if you worry the watch might develop issues after a few days of use, our 7-day unconditional refund and 30-day exchange policies are designed to address those concerns.

7-Day Unconditional Refund (calendar days)

From the date you receive the package, if you are not satisfied with the product, you may contact our online customer service to request an unconditional refund within 7 calendar days. After we receive your request, our customer service team will process the refund within 7 business days.

Important: Items returned for refund must meet the following requirements: protective films must not have been removed; the product exterior must be free of scratches; and the original packaging must be complete and in a condition fit for resale.

30-Day Exchange (calendar days)

From the date you receive the package, you may request an exchange within 30 calendar days for either non-human-caused quality defects or simply because you are not satisfied with the product. The specific rules are:

  • For non-human-caused quality defects, Ouswatch will bear allexchange-related costs.
  • For exchanges requested solely due to personal dissatisfaction, the buyer is responsible for shipping the item from the United States to our Hong Kong warehouse; after the exchange is completed, Ouswatch will cover the shipping cost to send the replacement back to the United States.
  • For non-quality exchanges, returned items must meet the same condition requirements as refunds: protective films intact, no scratches, and complete original packaging so the item remains resalable.

2-Year After-Sales Warranty

From the date you receive the package, any non-human-caused quality issues that occur within 2 years are covered by our after-sales warranty. Our professional after-sales team will inspect and repair the product, and all associated costs will be borne by Ouswatch.net. If the damage is caused by human factors, you will only need to cover the shipping cost; repair work will be carried out by Ouswatch’s watchmaking engineers.

Examples of human-caused damage (including but not limited to):

  • Impact damage:Damage from a high fall to the ground or from a heavy object striking the watch.
  • Corrosion or rust:Exposure to highly corrosive chemicals, seawater, or strong acids/alkalis that cause internal part corrosion and mechanical failure.
  • Unauthorized opening:Damage caused by opening the caseback without authorization.
  • Overwinding:For manually wound watches, forcing the crown after you feel significant resistance, which may damage the mainspring barrel or cause the mainspring to break.

Pre-Delivery Compensation Policy

Are you concerned that your package may be lost during transit or held by customs, preventing you from receiving it and causing financial loss? To address these concerns, we provide the following pre-delivery protection policy:

  • If your package is lost during transportation, we will unconditionally reship a new packageto you and provide a USD 10 delay compensation.
  • If your package is detained by the destination country’s customsand is not released after one week, we will reship a new package and provide a USD 20 delay compensation.
  • If you choose notto have the package reshipped, you may instead request a full refund.
