OUSWATCH — Comprehensive Quality Inspection

OUSWATCH.net, as a globally trusted supplier of high-quality Super Clone watches, enforces strict quality-control standards. In addition to coordinating quality supervision of materials, components, and manufacturing processes with our production partners, we operate an in-house Quality Control laboratory. The lab is equipped with precision testing instruments and staffed by experienced watchmaking engineers who participate directly in product inspections. Every Super Clone watch undergoes a full suite of quality checks here; only timepieces that meet our high standards are approved for shipment via FedEx or UPS air express.

Our Testing Equipment

Negative-Pressure Air-Tightness Tester

A negative-pressure air-tightness tester creates a vacuum and uses pressure-differential principles to nondestructively and precisely detect microscopic leaks in products such as watches. It is a core, nondestructive quality tool for Super Clone watches and has largely replaced traditional water-submersion tests in modern manufacturing. By producing automated, data-driven results, it accurately determines whether a precision product’s sealing performance meets specifications — a critical capability for ensuring product reliability.

Digital Stereo Microscope

A benchtop digital microscope combines traditional optical magnification with digital imaging (camera/image sensor) to enable fine visual inspection. We use it to evaluate cosmetic defects on Super Clone watches — identifying blemishes, dust particles on dials, or imperfections that could affect the watch’s visual appearance or wearing experience.

Multifunction Mechanical Watch Timing Machine

This instrument provides a comprehensive, data-driven “health check” of a mechanical movement. It measures timekeeping accuracy, amplitude, beat error, and other operational parameters, allowing us to evaluate the movement’s running precision, overall condition, and any necessary regulation or repairs.

Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge

An ultrasonic thickness gauge nondestructively measures the material thickness of metal components (cases, bezels) and the thickness of precious-metal platings. This is especially important for custom or gold-plated cases to verify plating thickness and ensure compliance with specifications.

Visual & Exterior Inspection

Using both manual inspection and high-resolution digital microscopy, we check the case, crystal, and bracelet for scratches, and inspect the dial for dust or defects. We assess dial craftsmanship and use precision digital calipers to verify case thickness and diameters adhere to specifications.

Movement Inspection

We first verify the movement’s architecture, logos, markings, and engravings for consistency with the original. Then we test performance metrics — timing accuracy, amplitude, and beat — to ensure the watch runs stably and precisely.

Lume (Luminescence) Testing

We evaluate the Super Clone watch’s luminescent material for color, brightness, and uniformity compared to the original. Tests verify that lume filling is even and full, that edges are clean with no overflow, and that the coating surface is smooth without bubbles or contaminants. After testing we observe for any discoloration, cracking, or detachment of the lume layer.

Water-Resistance Testing

The watch is placed in a sealed chamber and a vacuum is drawn; the test monitors whether pressure recovers to detect leaks. This checks the sealing performance of gaskets (rubber rings), the machining precision of the case threads and crown assembly, and the overall water resistance of the Super Clone watch.
